The Free plan is $0 per month — 1 admin, 1 branch, up to 25 products, and WhatsApp orders only (no POS). Starter is $10 per month: everything on Free, plus in-app orders, a cashier screen, up to 3 branches, unlimited products, and unlimited admins. Premium is $40 per month: everything on Starter, plus kitchen and customer screens and unlimited branches. Starter and Premium can also be billed with points — 1 point = 1 completed order.
Can I manage more than one location?
Free is 1 branch. Starter is up to 3 branches. Premium is unlimited branches — all from one account, with reports for every branch together.
What's the difference between the plans?
Free ($0/month): 1 admin, 1 branch, up to 25 products, and WhatsApp orders only — no POS. Digital catalog and QR are included. Starter ($10/month): everything on Free, plus in-app orders, a cashier screen (POS), up to 3 branches, unlimited products, unlimited admins, and the cashier confirms the order. Pay monthly or with points. Premium ($40/month): everything on Starter, plus a kitchen screen and a customer screen, unlimited branches, and both cashier and waiter can confirm the order.
Do you print QR stickers and stands?
Yes. Stickers, table stands, and large ads are an extra monthly print-and-gifts package. You add your products, we build the digital menu, we print the QR materials, and you start selling.
Can I collect Google reviews from the menu?
Yes. Guests tap Rate your experience on the menu, leave stars and a comment, and you see every rating in the dashboard. If they give 4 or 5 stars and you added your Google review link, they get a button to post the same review on Google.
Can I customise the look of my menu?
Yes. Open Branding in your dashboard, pick a colour theme, and upload your logo and cover image. The menu takes your colours and branding on every screen, in Arabic and English. You can also ask iMenu to change your colours, logo, or cover by chat.
Can customers find my branches and the nearest one?
Yes. Add each branch with its address, map pin, and working hours, and a locations button appears on your menu. Guests see every branch on a map, tap to use their location and get the nearest branch, check whether it is open, and open directions in one tap. For delivery, orders are assigned to the nearest branch that covers the customer's area.
Can I run coupons and discount codes?
Yes. Create a discount campaign in Vouchers, then generate the codes you share with customers. Guests enter the code at checkout and the discount is applied to the order. You control the discount amount, the valid dates and times, the days, the order type, the branch, the minimum order, and how many times a code can be used.
Can I highlight an offer inside the menu?
Yes. Custom sections are promotional cards placed between your menu items — at the top, in the middle, or at the end. Give the card a title, description, badge, button text, and cover image, pick one of six designs, and link it to the product it promotes. Available on the Starter and Premium plans.

Yes. iMenu is the AI assistant in your dashboard. Send it a photo of your printed menu and it reads the categories, products, and prices so you only review and save.
