FARM OWNER SUPPORT
To update your information ,you will be validated your ownership.
You can update following information.
Follow the below steps to update your personal information.
- Sign in to the MenuTables’ chef / farm owner section.
- Tap on Account icon in right bottom navigation.
- Navigate to the Personal Details section.
- Tap on the pencil icon and the field you would like to update.
- Tap on the SAVE CHANGES button.

Navigate to the “Menu” from the bottom navigation. Before you adding farm-fresh produce, you have to add business hours from the Account area. If you have Addons for the farm-fresh produce, you can add different addons from there.
Tap on + icon to add items.
The farm owner can accept or reject the customer order in the “Orders” section.
The Customers can cancel their orders at least 24 hours in advance.
Any change in delivery address is possible within 24 hours in advance to the cook date of the order or Veggies and Fruits. Buyer can directly chat with chef or farm owners. If not contact the MenuTables customer support.
At this time we don’t deliver orders. Supplier can deliver orders or Customer can pick up their orders.
Delivery fee is decided by suppliers. (Chef or Farm owners)
Meals, Vegetables and Fruits must notify MenuTables of cancelled orders at least 24 hours in advance to the cook date of the order or Veggies and Fruits. We will process a full refund and notify the cook of the cancelled order, if you cancel the within this time frame. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.
To do this;
- Tap the “Orders” icon in the bottom navigation bar.
- Select the order and simply tap on the “Cancel Order” button.
If you don’t receive your order or it doesn’t have available to pickup. Please contact MenuTables as soon as possible. so we can issue you the appropriate resolution.
MenuTables charges 10% on each transaction as commission fee. This fee includes Credit card processing fee, Marketing expenses and other operational expenses.
Since the outbreak of COVID-19 we have and continue to do everything we can to help.

All menutables’ home chef , farm owners, backyard growers have the food safety certification Also we follow a process guided by CDC to maintain the safety of their product, which is our highest priority. We have also implemented more safety measures to protect the health .
In order to keep yourself and those around you safe, we highly recommend to follow CDC guidelines.
