An online catalog for the shop, not only restaurants
A hardware store, a furniture showroom, a bookstore, or a clothing rack has the same problem as a restaurant: the price list on paper is already wrong. menutables is a catalog page with photos and prices, plus a way for the customer to send an order.
What customers can do
They open your link, browse categories, and look at photos and prices. On the free plan they send the order to your WhatsApp. On Starter they check out inside the page and you see the ticket on a cashier screen.
If a price is not fixed yet, you can leave it at zero and the customer sees that it will be agreed later. That fits pieces that are quoted, not only items with a shelf price.
Limits you should know before you start
Free: one branch, one admin, 25 products, WhatsApp orders, no cashier screen. Starter: 500 EGP a month, unlimited products, up to three branches, in-app orders. Premium: 2,000 EGP, unlimited branches, kitchen and customer screens when you run a food shop that needs them.
This is not a marketplace and not a card-payment gateway. You are not waiting for a payout. The customer reaches you, and you take payment the way the shop already does.
Sharing the catalog
Put the link in the WhatsApp Business profile, the Instagram bio, and a QR code on the bag or the door. A price change in the dashboard shows on the link immediately.
Branches, if you have more than one, are a paid-plan feature past the first location. The map and nearest-branch finder are there when you add branch pins.
Questions
- Is this only for restaurants?
- No. The same catalog is used for restaurants, cafés, furniture, hardware, books, and fashion. You choose the business type when you register.
- Can I sell with cash on delivery?
- The page does not collect card payments. The customer sends the order, and you arrange payment and delivery yourself, including cash if that is how the shop works.
- How many products are free?
- Up to 25 on the free plan. Unlimited products start on Starter.
